FlashVPN is a privately operated VPN service. By using the FlashVPN service or client software, authorized users agree to the following terms.

1. Access

FlashVPN is offered by invitation only to a limited group of authorized users. There is no public signup, no retail sale, and no redistribution of accounts. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree not to use FlashVPN for:

  • Any activity that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of server infrastructure
  • Distribution of malware, spyware, or similar harmful software
  • Network attacks, scanning, flooding, or other abusive network behavior
  • Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
  • Distribution of content that sexually exploits minors

The operator reserves the right to suspend access for any user whose activity causes abuse reports to be directed at the operator's infrastructure.

3. Service availability

FlashVPN is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement and no guarantee of continuous availability. The operator may perform maintenance or take servers offline without prior notice. The operator may discontinue the service at any time.

4. No warranties

The service and client software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or software, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Data handling

Data handling is described in the Privacy Statement, which forms part of these terms.

6. Software

FlashVPN client applications incorporate open-source components including WireGuard and its userspace implementations. Respective licenses apply to those components. The FlashVPN-specific code is proprietary to the operator and is not open-source.
